Nah they didn't show the gtr proto, it was locked, but I hope that's what it is.

And mustang1 yeah I was really hoping for a supra, like the castrol supra or ANYTHING, but so far signs point to no. :(   My favorite (affordable) car too.

i feel your pain 7MGE !!  jap cars ain't been represented properly from the look of the current list.  i really like the supra & rx7.  i know they're goin for 170.  i know they want road cars. still, seems like there oughta be something there... proto rx7 would be SWEET.  some sort of tuner supra is definately in order here.

I just hope they would "tune" the Lambo stats weird how Diablo have much lower stats than F430

You really need to get over this ryu.

Lambo has same acceleration stats as f430 which seems about right. Both shade under 4 secs (factory figures) not some stopwatch and speedo Mag figure :-p (ps i'm sure you'll say they used gps etc but i'm sure another mag could use same stuff and get vastly different results)

Handling/Grip.  Light Ferrari RWD vs Heavier Lamborghini Diablo 4wd this should be obvious.

Drifting  Not gonna be great on a 4wd car. hence low score

Brakes? last generation lambo brakes on heavy car vs latest carbon ceramic brakes on light car

The stats are as realistic as you're gonna get with a 1-10 rating system.

Note: In your favour I do think the gallardo acceleration should be a 7 based on what we know. Unless it's acceleration dies off beyond 60.

The F430 is ANYTHING but light, 3197lbs is NOT light, theres more than 0-60mph to determine you said it yourself, Whats the average 1/4mile trap speed of the F430??? Gallardo trapped 12.4 and F430 trapped 12.5 for the motortrend, for 150mph Gallardo did 21.4 while F430 did 23.8. Want more evidence???? Autocar got 11.7 for their Gallardo 1/4 mile and F430 got (gasp!) 12.6! (they did HOWEVER get 21.5 in 150 MPH) but thats still behind Gallardo (21.3), yet the 360 CS OUT ACCELERATES the Gallardo in PGR3 (360CS got 12.4 for 1/4 mile and 23.9 for 0-150)!?!?! One more thing Gallardo was tested on WET track in the TOP GEAR episode and if 4WD IS indeed inferior to RWD in GRIP, how DID the much heavier, much more weight distribution unbalanced,  4 door Audi S4 get a better powlerlap on TOPGEAR than the lighter better handling much acclaimed M3??? Was the Quattro 4WD a factor???? (I'll answer for you, YES!) As for the Murcielago, it would run neck to neck with an F50 or F40, its got the speed, WAY more grip (should I refer to the S4 vs M3 again?) and better brakes, it won't however be an enzo competitor.

P.S Fiorano test track is a little DOWNHILL which means ANY 0-60 or 1/4 times tested on the track was bogus. Viper SRT10 would KILL the Viper GTS ACR, so I wonder why ACR has better ratings than the SRT10

Conclusion: PGR3 ratings are VERY VERY FLAWED! Get it fixed before the game ships or PATCH IT via XBOX LIVE

Love..... yeah but  the main thing is I just want to justify a few rankings that SHOULD and SHOULDN"T be..... I'm not speaking out for just the Gallardo but the entire Lambo line save for the Murcielago RGT since I don't know the stats to that car.

I can't speak about the F430 vs Gallardo battle that's raging, but the Murcielago can't run with the F40, cause it's a TON heavier, and it would only come close to the F50.   Shame too cause I really like the murcielago.

no not a TON (thats 1000 kg NOT 1000lb, lbs are a lot lighter) but look at the HP torque figures..... then look at the preformance figures. Murci is more sluggish in terms of handling, but it HAS the grip, brakes and power to keep up.

wow that was stupid of me. Ton=kg.  Still at nearly a third of the weight of the Murcielago, i don't think it has a chance.  Show me some stats that prove me wrong and i'll change my mind in a heartbeat.
